January 20, 2025Six gold awards for Geelmuyden Kiese: Most awarded at CMA for the eighth year in a row
Geelmuyden Kiese was once again the most awarded agency at the International Content Marketing Awards (the “Content World Championship”) in London. The agency took home a total of six gold, two silver and one bronze.
For the first time since 2019, CMA was held as a physical event, and the awards ceremony took place at the impressive Barbican Centre in London. Geelmuyden Kiese won gold in the categories Best Use of Social Media B2C, Digital PR and Content within Media Relations, Best Use of Imagery, Print and Best Content Campaign, for the work for Yara International and Øst-Finnmarkrådet.
“This is a strong recognition of the high level of expertise at Geelmuyden Kiese and proof that Scandinavian agencies can compete internationally. I also want to praise our clients for their bold choices and sharp solutions,” says Severin Roald, CEO of Geelmuyden Kiese.
The International Content Marketing Awards are organised by the Content Marketing Association and are open to agencies from around the world. This year’s entries came from a total of 33 countries, and for the fifth year in a row the number of submitted entries increased.
“We celebrate these awards together with our bold and inspiring clients, who challenge not only us but also their industries,” says Ole Henrik Stubberud, Creative Director at Geelmuyden Kiese.
In advance, the “Soil Poetry” campaign, developed for Yara International, was the most nominated campaign in this year’s competition. With soil health and a 63-page poetry book at its centre, the work was nominated in five categories and won three gold awards and one bronze.
The “MERtid” campaign for Øst-Finnmarkrådet, with four nominations, was also a major winner. The initiative, which aimed to increase awareness of and relocation to the Øst-Finnmark region, won three gold awards and one silver.
Geelmuyden Kiese’s work for the Norwegian Offshore Directorate in connection with its name change and ONS 2024 was also awarded. It received silver in the Best Use of Imagery category.
