Charlotte Witte joins Geelmuyden Kiese – also becomes partner in Paritee

After several years in senior agency positions in Sweden and internationally, Charlotte Witte is joining as Head of Corporate Development & Business Transformation – with responsibility for business development and transformation in Scandinavia and internationally. At the same time, she will become a partner in Paritee, the agency group that owns Geelmuyden Kiese and a number of other communications and advisory agencies in Europe, the US and the Middle East.

“Our clients increasingly operate in a complex global market, and as an agency we need to be able to do the same. I look forward to strengthening Geelmuyden Kiese’s client portfolio and the commercial strength of the Scandinavian team,” says Charlotte Witte.

The role covers the entire Geelmuyden Kiese Group, which has offices in Copenhagen, Oslo and Stockholm and also includes the Kruse Larsen group in Norway. In Sweden, an important part of the work will be to further develop Stockholm as a hub for corporate communications and the B2B segment.

Charlotte Witte started at Prime in 2006, where she during her time at the agency was a partner and responsible for developing the agency’s services. Since then, she has held several global roles at Weber Shandwick, including Head of Global Client Strategies and Chief Client & Growth Officer for the EMEA market.

“Charlotte has many years of experience and a deep understanding of how agencies can integrate their services and meet the needs of the global market. She will be an important driving force as we connect all our offices even more closely with each other and with an exciting international arena,” says Karne Lykkebo, Group CEO of Geelmuyden Kiese Group.

The appointment comes in the same year that Geelmuyden Kiese was named ‘Continental Europe – Agency of the Year’ at the SABRE Awards 2026.

“Geelmuyden Kiese and Paritee are on an exciting development journey, and GK has a strong position built on integrated advisory, a deep understanding of social and political conditions, and a presence across Scandinavia. I see major opportunities to strengthen the client portfolio, sharpen our advisory and make it even more value-creating,” says Charlotte Witte.

Charlotte Witte takes up the role on 15 September 2026 as Partner in Paritee and Head of Corporate Development & Business Transformation for Geelmuyden Kiese Group.
