June 23, 2026Paritee appoints Geelmuyden Kiese’s Henrik Ebbesen as Head of AI Integration
With Henrik Ebbesen as Head of AI Integration, the Paritee group is formalising and strengthening its work to integrate artificial intelligence across its international network. In his newly created role, Henrik Ebbesen will report into Paritee but will continue to be based at Geelmuyden Kiese in Copenhagen.
Henrik Ebbesen will work closely with the agencies in the Paritee network to further integrate AI-supported tools, workflows and capabilities in both client assignments and internally. He will report to Elizabeth Gladwin, Chief Data and Innovation Officer at Paritee.
Henrik will be responsible for both the group’s internal transformation and its client-facing advisory. Internally, this includes the further development and roll-out of a shared AI platform across Paritee’s agencies. Externally, he will continue to scale Paritee’s AI advisory offering and advise clients on how they can integrate AI into their communications and public affairs functions.
Henrik will remain a partner at Geelmuyden Kiese and has already played a central role in developing AI capabilities across both the agency and the broader Paritee network.
Henrik will continue to split his time between client work and his responsibilities in Paritee, helping to ensure that the group’s AI strategy remains closely connected to practical application and client needs:
“Paritee is moving from AI adoption towards a clear ambition of becoming fully AI-native in the coming years,” says Elizabeth Gladwin.
“Henrik has already played a key role in strengthening AI capabilities across our platform. His experience and pragmatic approach are crucial to scaling proven solutions and integrating AI into the way we work and help our clients navigate their own AI transformation.”
Henrik Ebbesen agrees:
“AI is already changing the way agencies work and the way clients expect to be served. We need to ensure that knowledge, tools and best practice are shared effectively across the Paritee network, so teams across agencies can work smarter and help clients realise the full potential of the technologies.
The future of communication is powered by AI, but defined by people. Our long-term ambition is to establish Paritee as a leading AI-supported communications network.”
Henrik’s appointment builds on the investments already made through the Paritee AI Hub, which supports the roll-out of AI tools, training and workflows across the Paritee network, as well as the group’s capabilities in data, analytics and intelligence through Truth Consulting.
