Paritee strengthens AI advisory with the acquisition of Ainigma

Specialised AI advisory firm becomes part of Paritee and strengthens the group’s capabilities in leadership, organisational transformation and AI implementation.

Paritee, who owns Geelmuyden Kiese, has acquired a majority stake in the Dutch AI advisory firm Ainigma. The acquisition strengthens Paritee’s capabilities in AI transformation and is part of the group’s long-term strategy to build specialised advisory environments across communications, public affairs, analytics and strategic advisory. Ainigma was founded in 2024 and has 18 employees in Amsterdam, London and Dubai. The company helps management teams and organisations turn artificial intelligence into specific change through strategic advisory, capability development and organisational implementation.

“Artificial intelligence is becoming one of the most important leadership and transformation challenges facing organisations. The conversation is no longer only about technology and productivity gains. CEOs and boards are increasingly focused on how AI will change business models, employee capabilities and competitiveness. With Ainigma, we are taking another important step in building the capabilities our clients will need in the years ahead,” says Lars Erik Grønntun, Executive Chairman of Paritee.

Ainigma will continue as an independent brand while also becoming part of Paritee’s AI Hub, where its capabilities will be made available across the group’s companies. Today, Paritee includes, among others, Geelmuyden Kiese, Kruse Larsen, Brands2Life, LHLK, Truth Consulting, RPP Group and One Strategy and has more than 500 advisers across Europe, the Middle East and the US. At Geelmuyden Kiese in Denmark, the acquisition is expected to further strengthen the overall advisory platform.

“We already see that AI is taking up more space in the dialogue with many of our clients. With Ainigma, we gain access to some highly specialised capabilities that complement our existing advisory and strengthen the platform we can draw on through Paritee. This gives us even better opportunities to help clients when the need arises,” says Mikkel Salgaard Bendtsen, partner and CEO of Geelmuyden Kiese Denmark.
